We got our family Christmas tree on Sunday the 7th! Geoff & I had already gotten our tree for our house earlier, but those pictures were fairly boring with the exception of Geoff hacking at the tree base with an old chef's knife. You know the really good stuff happens when my sisters & I are doing holiday celebrating.

At the nursery with Dad & Myken

Geoffrey was there for a little while too before he had to go to work.

A contender for THE TREE but I don't think it's the one we ended up choosing

Scarf attack!

Ali wanted me to get a picture of her jumping before the store employees came over to help us with our selected tree. That's them in the background probably wondering what is wrong with us.

Scared-face & snob-face now available in Christmas colors

Wouldn't be Christmas without the traditional poinsettia pothead picture!

backseat busters

lol

back at the house, Dad prepping the pretty

Amanda made herself this festive cup of cocoa

If you don't know by now that hanging these awesome Clauses has been my job for as long as I can remember, you haven't been paying much attention to my Christmas posts through the years.

We thought it would be nice to have Santa loom over the bar

These look awesome pink in the photo, but in person they looked like a bloody mess so luckily I convinced my dad not to use them on the tree

New spot for the groovy Santa moon

Christmas casualty

We brought some snow in so Buca would feel more at home! (Haha ok obviously not really but it strangely looks like it here)
Amanda was having way too much fun with her scarf:
So it inspired some sweet action shots:

Toro, toro!

The lights around the mirror stopped working about 10 minutes after this, but at least they looked pretty for a little while, haha.
Santa up to his usual antics:

G's officially in
Annual jumping photos commencing now:

More spazzy scarf action

Nom

Victory over the lights being up!

so atmospherical

Tink laughing at how poorly my camera takes nonflash shots

Dad putting all his really good ornies up top
Charlie Brown, yo!

Our very subtle hinting about what jammies we'd like this year (click for biggie to read some samples of our awesome maturity)

we're just three little angels

Snow doggie!

What, like you've never seen a Santaheadplant before?

Peace out from this pretty blursville!

I laughed at the photo of you guys scribbling all over the jammies, aww.
The shot of Geoff hiding behind the tree is like something out of Where's Wally! (Waldo for the Americans)
I love all the photos of your sisters playing around, especially the bullfighting photo and all the ace jumping photos.
NOM at the festive colour Reese pieces!
You look gorgeous in the tartan skirt and black top with red lipstick and your amazing scarf!
I almost captioned that photo Where's Geoffrey, haha.
Thanks for the sweet compliments. I've only worn that LAMB skirt like once before & I figured it was so festive that it would be a perfect oppurtunity to sport it again :)
I think I liked the Charlie Brown dancing best.
Obviously I need to bust that skirt out more often!
this one has to be my favorite ♥!
also, i live for reeses & your doggie is so cute ♥!
Look at when she was a baby (just back in January!)
Couldn't you just die?!
my doggie just turned ten yesterday!
Looks a lot more fun than when we put our decorations up. My family tends to embrace the drama instead. LOL
The scarf was a Christmas present in '05. I'm soooo happy I have it! My dad had no idea how sought after it would become! It's my only one though - I'd love to have the serpent one.
One day when I'm really bored, I'm going to go through LAMB-collections an compile a wish list. Then I am going to distribute it to my loved ones and hope for the best, LOL
... I need to get in on this festive action!!!
I have the pink and grey VS pajamas and I LIVE in them!!!
Great pictures!
I love the jumping photos, I want to take one some day.
I love how fabulous and fun you can make even simple things like shopping and decorating for Christmas seem :) These pictures are absolutely lovely!

I love that you guys dressed up for tree-hunting, too. Your plaid skirt/awesome scarf combo was absolutely darling.
VS has the cutest pajamas! I need to start a jammie tradition around here...
Also, you can really just never have too many jammie sets!
ahh your christmas posts are my favourite!
and i totally feel like i know you with all the holiday traditions i've been reading for years! jammies, hanging the santas, the pothead pics! haha i love it all year after year :)
my favourite part of this year is the awesome charlie brown video! oh man, my friend & i watch that every year and laugh like crazy over their dance moves and especially how they sing "hark the herald angels sing" with their heads sticking directly straight up! haha!
merry christmas, lovely! to you and your crazycool fam :)
♥
So glad you enjoyed the Charlie Brown video! I think we have one of us doing those dances dating back to 1990! I wish I had a vid of Geoff doing his ;)
I always laugh during "Hark The Herald..." when they take their deep breaths in between lines! :D
