There's No Doubt in my Mind

In my excitement for the upcoming NO DOUBT tour, I made a countdown list back in December of their videos in order of my personal least to most favorite. I did all the caps & found the videos online and then totally forgot about it. I was going to do a write up on each one and why I ranked them where I did, but ... I'm getting lazy. And if I don't get this up now, I probably never will!

It's worth noting that I feel almost all of their videos are rather amazing, so even something I ranked low I still basically adore. Some things I took into account: funniness, prettiness, Gwen's look, band interaction, & how much I like the song itself. Also the top four were pretty hard & are basically interchangeable, I just love them all so much. All the videos are after the caps for your viewing enjoyment :)

As fun & incredible as Gwen's solo shows were, they can't hold a candle to the amazingness of a No Doubt concert! You're going to have so much fun! Jennie told me she bought her tickets today :)

i read no doubt is going to appear on the show gossip girl as a fiction punk band called snowed out.

Yeah I've known about the Gossip Girl appearance for awhile, can't wait to hear the cover song they recorded for it!

Simple Kind of Life is my favorite video as well, but Hella Good is right up there. The part where Tony holds out his hands for the baby... so good!

Hell, I still can't hardly even listen to Simple Kind of Life with out feeling like I want to cry. I will probally lose it at the show!

I am so with you! That "7 Days of No Doubt" video on SKOL with Gwen playing guitar reduced me to tears!

Last time I saw ND (during The Singles tour), Gwen totally got teary during that song!

That video got me as well.
I wonder how these songs will play out on the tour, with her being a mom and all now. I guess some emotions you just never forget. That song was just so personal and summed up her life and feelings at that time I think it will all just come flooding back.
Some people give her flack for still singing "Just A Girl" when she is almost 40, but that song so defined a period of life so so many girls that it just seems ageless in so many ways!
