Oops! I've been getting some nudges and requests to update my lj. I guess it has been awhile since I last posted & made our big baby announcement! There really isn't much to say at this time on the pregnancy front - I've been feeling really normal and mostly good. Just still tired/needing a lot of sleep, and my belly is growing bigger by the day! We've only had one appointment in this interim and it was a simple one where the doctor just used a doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat (and LOTS of moving around!). I'm still not aware of the movements, which has been frustrating me, but I'm reading it can take up to 22 weeks and I'm just entering my 19th today. So I got to stop feeling discouraged about it. Our major exciting appointment is this Friday! We will have our ultrasound and be able to find out if we're having a boy or a girl. We've been really anxiously awaiting this, I'm so glad there's just couple more days to go. Obviously I'll have great news/photos to share after the appointment. For now though, I thought I'd post some stuff from the past month as Geoff & I have been really busy and done a lot of fun things. (Photos of constantly varying quality since they came from my nice Nikon, my old Olympus, and my pretty-decent-iPhone. Sorry if you've already seen a lot of these on Facebook or Flickr!) |

In my excitement for the upcoming NO DOUBT tour, I made a countdown list back in December of their videos in order of my personal least to most favorite. I did all the caps & found the videos online and then totally forgot about it. I was going to do a write up on each one and why I ranked them where I did, but ... I'm getting lazy. And if I don't get this up now, I probably never will! It's worth noting that I feel almost all of their videos are rather amazing, so even something I ranked low I still basically adore. Some things I took into account: funniness, prettiness, Gwen's look, band interaction, & how much I like the song itself. Also the top four were pretty hard & are basically interchangeable, I just love them all so much. All the videos are after the caps for your viewing enjoyment :) |

these Christmas day suckers up and I really only found
the motivation to do so because I'm anxious to
share pictures from my birthday and the Incubus concert!
I received my new camera as a gift from Geoff
and was really just learning how to use it
this day, so I'm not very happy with most shots!
